Although I am just beginning this journey with LUNDFIT, I am so grateful for Jenn and Chris. Seeing what they both have overcome to get where they are today has really inspired me to better my overall health. Between their combined knowledge and training in physical fitness, nutrition and meditation and mental health they have created an at home program workout routine tailored to fit my needs, as well as a nutrition and supplement plan that is actually achievable. Meet the Owners: Chris and Jenn

Chris and Jenn’s stories are profound examples of the human spirit's ability to overcome adversity and transform lives. Chris faced severe opiate addiction, which led him to a precarious state marked by loss and danger. However, his decision to reclaim his life resulted in extraordinary achievements, including completing the Boston Marathon a year after getting clean and graduating with honors in exercise science. His journey is a testament to how sheer willpower and support can lead to remarkable personal growth and success.

Jenn’s path to recovery underscores the reality that transformation is a series of steps taken with courage. Despite early struggles with substance abuse and the tragic loss of her son, Jenn’s determination led her to sobriety and a new focus on health and education. Her pursuit of a degree in dietetics and her success in powerlifting competitions highlight her incredible mental and physical strength. Jenn’s story is a powerful reminder that change is always possible and that a better, healthier future is within reach.

Both Chris and Jenn’s journeys serve as inspiring examples of resilience, showing that with dedication and support, it’s possible to overcome significant challenges and achieve one's goals.
